As founder and CEO of GenZ Marketing Agency, Time Research & Innovation (Tri), and Tedbot AI, he combines deep technical expertise with practical, results-focused strategy to help organisations move from complexity to clarity.
He holds a PhD in Computing and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Portsmouth, with a background spanning AI research, software engineering, digital transformation, and business intelligence. This blend of academic rigour and real-world delivery enables him to design solutions that are both innovative and commercially effective.
At GenZ Marketing Agency, Dr Shah leads a multidisciplinary team that brings together creative storytelling, data, automation, and performance marketing.
